Registration Requirements: Form--> RegistrationMiziara.doc --> fill it and send it to --> [e-mail]

 

You must be 17 or above on Race Day to run the cross country 9.5km.

 

Runners aged between 9 and 17 can run the 5km hilly fun run.

 

All runners must be in good health condition to run the course.

If you satisfy the above conditions, then you are more than welcome to join the Miziara Cross Country 08. You must fill out a registration form at any of the registration points below.Registration by phone, fax, or e-mail cannot be accepted. Registration is free to all participants.

Les 9 et 10 Aout 2008, sous le patronage de Mme Berthe Ronald Chagoury et en collaboration avec l'Association du Marathon de Beyrouth [BMA], sera organisé, à Meziara , le 1er Cross Country en haute montagne libanaise.

La participation est GRATUITE.

11.00 AM-18.00PM: Bip pickup [*] - Meziara Youth Club

15.00 Entertainment – Meziara square.

16.00 PM: Start of 12 km Tourist Walk [open to all ages]. Children under 15 years should be accompanied by parents. [Meziara-Bhayri-Toula-Homais-Meziara.]

23.00 PM till 2.00AM:  Open dancing at Ramez Chagoury square with Mix FM DJ.

9.00: 1.5 km sprint for children [5-9 years]

9.15: 5 km Fun Run [open to all ages]

9.30: 9.5 km international Cross Country Race [+ 15 years]

1.00 PM: Free Lunch at Meziara Youth Club only for the CCR participants, Awards.

Wednesday 6 August [11.00 – 21.00]: BMA Office

Thursday 7 August [11.00-18.00]: Quality Inn Tripoli

Saturday 9 August [11.00-18.00] and Sunday 10 August [7.30AM-8.30AM]: Meziara Youth Club

Racer’s kit:

Bib number with a certificate on the back accredited at the finished line

T-shirt, cap and map with instructions.

Deadline of registration 01 August 2008. It is a free registration.

4.00 PM - 7.00 PM: Marche touristique en haute montagne : Meziara-Bhayri-Toula-Homais-Meziara.

11.00PM - 2.00 du matin : "Que la fete commence" at Ramez Chagoury Square [Mix FM - DJ ... La dance est ouverte au public].

Dimanche 10 Aout 2008:

09.00 AM:

Marathon 1,5 kms: pour les moins de 9 ans

Marathon 5 kms: pour toutes et tous.

Marathon 9,5 kms: pour les professionnels.

1.00PM:

Uniquement pour les participants - Déjeuner campagnard à ne pas rater au Club de la Jeunesse de Meziara .
